Rental Polices

What constitutes a rental period:
-  4 Hour Rental: 4 consecutive hours during business hours.
-  4 Hour Rental Overnight: 5:00PM to 8:30am next day.
-  1 Day Rental: 24 consecutive hours.
-  1 Week Rental: 7 consecutive days, due back same time of day on most items.
-  1 Month Rental: 4 consecutive weeks, due back same time of day.

Identification:
-  A Valid US Driver's License is required to rent any item.
-  A major credit card may be needed for a second identification.

Payment:
-  Payment is due up front at the time of the rental or sale for all cash customers.
-  Charge account customers are due on the 15th of the month.

Deposit:
-  Some items require a deposit plus payment in advance.
-  Deposits are refunded upon return of equipment if received in same condition.

Metered Equipment:
-  Rates for rental items are based upon 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week.

Damage Waiver:
-  A percentage of the gross rental rate will automatically be charged for damage waiver
-  Damage Waiver does not cover abuse or neglect.

Pricing:
-  Prices are subject to change without notice.
-  All rental charges are for time out, whether used or not.

Responsibility:
-  Responsibility for rental items remains with the customer from delivery to return.
-  All items should be secured and protected from the weather.
-  Additional charges for replacements are made for missing or damaged items.
- These terms & conditions do not supersede what is stipulated in the rental contract.
